Writing is as much about commitment as it is about indecision. A contradiction, really, a medium that allows for an equal measure of precision and interpretation. Recording experiences for others is very different from recording experiences for one's own further reference. It means another layer of interpretation, a need to compensate for the subjectivity of the recording medium. So beware, for no writer truly writes for anyone but herself. What you read is not a compromise between comprehensibility and whimsy, but a raw (and probably slipshod) record of experience. Of subjectivity. Enjoy.
